Unknown name on my PayPal Account that I cannot remove

a totally bizarre email seems to be permanently stuck on m PayPal account. I was trying to buy something from eBay yesterday, then tried again today,

Highlighting and trying delete does nothing.

What the heck?

Any help very appreciated.
