Unauthorized charges

I just recently joined PayPal and I noticed three charges totaling a little under $11 I disputed it through PayPal and they denied the claim and will not refund my money I do not authorize these charges how am I going to get my money back because you cannot get a hold of anybody at all with PayPal

The same is happening to me right now for a total of £155 pounds and paypal is denying it. Now my paypal balance is negative i am very displeased
