Unable to withdraw funds from my account

Hello. So my problem is not being able to withdraw my money to my bank account.
The website doesn't tell me to do anything, just refreshes the "old" transfer page. The phone app says "we bumped into a mistake" or something like that. This is extremely frustrating, if anyone has any idea what I'm missing or if this is just PayPal temporary problem please tell me..!

Sorry can't help you. You have not shown what country you are in on your profile OR said what country you are in. As Paypal is country specific then we can't advise without knowing that information.
