I am not able to view my wallet in my PayPal account

I already added my card but it still doesn't show my amount available in my PayPal wallet and there is no error

PayPal account doesn't show the amount that's available on your card. It doesn't work that way. Check card balance directly at your card's account. You can select the card as your payment method during PayPal checkout.

I mean I can't check my PayPal account wallet.. it used to show me the wallet amount. But there are no indication of that anymore
