Unable to verify my PayPal business account

Hello, So I'm trying to connect a PayPal business account to a client gallery platform HOWEVER when have to confirm my identity and waiting for 'the call' my phone never rings and I can't get any further. I've tried contacting PayPal but seem to just get the auto reply. Can anyone help me with what to do??

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.
