Unable to verify account even with confirmed bank account on file.

Title explains the situation. Bank account is confirmed on account, every time I try to transfer money I get a screen prompting me to verify my account which just takes me to my profile page where my bank account info has the status of confirmed. I’ve tried to deadd the bank account several times to reconfirm it, but I always get a prompt saying they’re unable to process my request right now (???). They are not taking any calls or messages right now and I’ve been trying for a few days. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
