Exactly as the title suggests, I had submitted to change my legal name in my country, however due to the current situation with Coronavirus, there has been many delays on the name change process and as such, I'm still unable to change the details on my other cards and accounts.
At the same time, Paypal suddenly requires me to verify my identity or my account will remain blocked, which is not possible because the name on my paypal account is not reflective of the name on my credit cards and license.
It's honestly frustrating that I cannot email Paypal about it and there's no *special pardon* for circumstances like these. I just have to wait much longer until I can 1. get my legal name change officially recognised, and 2. update all my credit cards and licenses to reflect that name. What are my options here, if there are any?
