Hello, I have linked my banking information to PayPal and was able to make about three purchases. I also got the PayPal cash card however I was not able to make any in-store purchased. I was informed I should wait 24 hours and that I would be able to use the card, also it was mentioned several times that I do not need to transfer funds from my bank to the card since its linked. Waited 48 hours and attempted to make an in-store purchase and got a NSF prompt! I have enough funds in my bank account, also I'm not able to transfer funds from my bank to my wallet, the system does not allow me. What can I do
