Unable to use my account.

I have things to pay and stuff to get done, I just made myself My own PayPal account and I had gotten money in there as soon as I created it. I have my bank, ID, SSN, everything needed. But I get errors trying to send or receive money and I get errors trying to sign up for a cash card. Am I moving too fast ? I’m not able to use my account even though all my personal information is on there! And my money!

What paypal linked funding source are you using to pay?

Have you confirmed that funding source with the 4 digit code?

Using PayPal balance, PayPal won’t let me send anything but it lets me receive money. Idk what four digit code you’re asking about

If you have added a bank account then you need to confirm it via the code.

I’ve already been able to confirm them though they never really asked for my card confirm
