I'm being bugged by PayPal to update my date of birth on my new account - the message says:
"Some of your account information is missing, so you can't send or withdraw money at the moment. If we don’t receive the information by 14 Dec 2018, you won't be able to receive money in your account."
I can click edit, and enter the date of birth there Ok - but am unable to press the Submit button on the next screen - it is just greyed out. https://imgur.com/a/CdniE8w
