Unable to set up PayPal Cash

It asks for SSN or ITIN to set up PayPal Cash, but I only have Passport Number, and it does not have this option. What should I do?

Try to chat with support. Are you on your countries site? Not USA? Does ur country offer PayPal? There should be option to change country. A passport isn’t permanent right? Not a legal citizen? If not you need to contact support or look for ur countries PayPal site.
