I recently created a new PayPal as my current one was banned for being underage at the time of creating it. But I am now trying to remove the phone number from the banned account so I can set up 2 factor authentication on my new account, but I see no option to remove the number at all. I also cannot close my account as it will always say “unable to close account” or something along those lines. Any help is much appreciated
