Unable to open a business account, reverts back to login page

Hi all,
I have a strange problem. I have a personal account and I wanted to upgrade it to the business account. Then I saw the option of opening a separate business account and keeping the personal one.
When I tried to do that, every time I manage to reach the page where I insert my basic information, including the new email address, and when I click on Continue, it brings me back to the login page. Of course, I tried logging in using that new email address and new password, but it says the data is incorrect. There is no error shown, it simply reverts me back to the login page. I tried upgrading the personal account and I also tried creating a new business account – the result is the same. I tried clearing the cache, and I tried Firefox and Chrome.
Please help.
