I am posting this message on behalf of my partner as he is NOT able to log in or obtain any support through any of the channels below.
He has recently sold items on eBay to where the money is stuck on his PayPal that he can't access. The phone number attached to his account is very old so is unable to follow the steps in the forgot password. He is also unable to write in this support community because he's unable to log-in and also unable to get support via the phone number <removed> as once following the correct options the automated voice says we are unable to help you and hangs up.
It's really as simple as that, but ever channel of support is just a dead end and is extremely frustrating.
PLEASE HELP!
