Unable to login

Hello

I am trying to login, but paypal asks me to enter the code which i recieve on my phone number.

I know my phone number, but I don't have the number anymore.

How I can skip this?

Hello, @Almeallim. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience here on the PayPal Community Forum. Not being able to log in due to an out of date phone number is certainly a concern. In general, the best approach likely would be to close the account so you can create a new one using the same email address, and that would let you add all of your current information.

 

Please navigate to https://www.paypal.com, click Contact at the bottom of the page and select the topic that best fits your concern to see the options to communicate securely with Customer Service. If a call or chat is not available, please send a Private Message via Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/paypal) or a Direct Message via Twitter (to @AskPayPal). All phone calls and messages are worked in the order they are received.
