Unable to login today, no prob last 5 years

Today I am unable to login, I was trying to get check by mail like I have done for 5 years. It tells me to add a bank account? I don’t have a bank account. Then after I was messaging paypal my account won’t let me log back in without verifying my phone number. Which I tried. It just says can’t verify your information?? Then I call PayPal (still 35min on hold at the moment) it recognizes me by my phone number and social... but still no answer. I was just in my account yesterday and withdrew a check a couple weeks ago. What the hell happened today?

I don’t have a bank account. So PayPal keeps my funds?? That is illegal. I all ready reported them to BBB and FTC.gov. F PayPal!!
