Unable to login to business account

I have a separate PayPal business account and am unable to login.

 

PayPal presents an error of "Sorry, we can't log you in. If you think there's a problem with your account, please contact us and we'll help resolve it."

 

Can anyone from PayPal help provided I give them the email of the account?

 

I would have posted from that account, but I can't even login to the PayPal forums.
