I want to change my telephone number on my account but cannot even get past the security check because it wants to send a code to my old telephone number which I do not have any more! SO frustrated so I really appreciate your time and help! I have tried EVERYTHING I know to do!
Hi @dslynn17, Since you can no longer access the phone number. You may want to set up new email account and create a brand new paypal account and you will link the phone number you have access to.
