Unable to log account, and receive payments.

Hello everyone.
So after 12 years of constant use of PayPal for basically everything on almost daily basis, I can’t access my account. I’m unable to log it, and account cannot receive payments at the moment. All this for some unknown reason to me.
Can’t send support ticket, because cannot log account. So I’ve sent one as a guest one week ago. No reply…
Tried to call PayPal’s customers support. Only to be told after talking 10 minutes to robot, that their CS is closed due to Covid..
My account holds considerable balance of few thousands in USD and EURO together. I’m unable to access it now, and also use my account for further transactions.
I’m looking to get in touch with PayPal employee , to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Currently I’m having to use alternatives to PayPal, which means lost profits for both PayPal and me.
