Unable to confirm bank account as I received only one transaction.

To confirm the bank account, paypal will send 2 small amounts to the bank account. But in my case I received only one transaction and I didn't receive the other transaction and as a result I am unable to confirm my bank account.

That may have just been the initial charge to check your account was valid before sending the code.

Takes 4-6 business days before the code shows in your bank statement in your country.
