Unable to close account

I've remove all bank account, credit card in business setting, however I'm still unable to close the account when via the setting.

Trying to contact Paypal through fb though, it seems no answer from there, may I know is there any one has the same issue like me and get to close the account?

Have you cancelled all subscriptions and waited for all pending payments to complete?
