Unable to click Submit on "Upload proof of identity"

Hello,

 

I have uploaded my Address proof but everytime I try to upload my ID, the Submit button is grayed out. The document uploads fine, but I am unable to continue. Any help?

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
