Unable to change phone for 2 factor authentication - Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.

I am switching phone and I want to re-activate the two-factor authentication on my new phone. But every time I select "Use an authenticator app" and click on "Set it up" it says "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again.". How can I go pass this?

Is there a solution for this problem? I've tried everything and can't seem to figure it out by myself.
