Unable to change password

I’m posting on my business account right now. As my private account I can’t login... I have forgot my password. The first step relating to my email address to change the password is fine. Then the second step is a code gets sent to your phone number. However, this is connected to my old phone number from 2 years ago when I used to live in Australia and which the SIM card is now inactive. As I cannot retrieve this security code I am unable to renew my password. It is nearly impossible to find a paypal service email to message, phone number to call. Nothing works. Someone please help, greatly appreciated.
