Unable to change name or delete account

Hello there !
i created this account some years ago (i was pretty young) with a partially faked identity. 
i've been trying to change my name since some weeks now and i get no response or feedback, and today i tried closing the account it tells me Sorry, there's a problem. Please try again later.

can i have some assistance please ?

You can only change a name on a personal account if their are 2 characters incorrect OR for legal reasons.

If you used a fake name then its unlikely you can change the name or use that account again if paypal have limited it.
