Unable to change my name

I want to add my full name in to my PayPal account. I used my nickname without knowledge. Now I'm unable to change my name as the documents are not getting uploaded and an error message pops out saying "Try Again" which doesn't work. And the other way of changing my name would be sending my documents to some place in America. Now I live in India and for such a minor thing I have to send documents to America. Please provide me a suitable way of changing my name which would be a little bit easier. I have just become adult so all the utility bills have my parents name. So, I'm getting a sense that I am in a big trouble now. A help would be appreciated.

Thank you for joining the PayPal Community! I can definitely understand how something like this can be a bit cumbersome. I might recommend closing your account and creating a new account with your correct information as long as there is no balance and there has not been any recent account activity. 

If that is not the option, I recommend reaching out to our Customer Support via Twitter direct message or Facebook private message for assistance in uploading the requested documents.
