Unable to change PayPal passwor on my personal account as number has changed

Hi,

 

I am unable to access my personla paypal account as my number has changed. I can't remember my password.

 

Please help as I have a customer who sent money to my personal asccount instead of my business account. I've tried to callthe PayPal help center - there is no answer. The message centre is closed due to Covid. It feels like this is an impossible task just to access my own account.
