Unable to authenticate account - unable to log in

Hello,

 

On attempting to log in, PayPal asks me to authenticate by receiving a code to my mobile phone. I have moved to another country and no longer have my old telephone, or telephone number. For this reason I cannot log into my PayPal account ar use the customer service there. I have no access to my account and cannot make payments. How can I proceed?

Same issue here as well. Its been a nightmare trying to reach Paypal
