I am unable to add my second bank because I get the error:
"We were unable to process your bank account registration at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try again at a later date."
I read some solutions is to call customer support but I heard it can take hours. Unfortunately, that is out of the picture because I live in the Philippines and calling the US would cost a fortune. Are there any other possible solutions to this issue?

CASE CLOSED. Paypal was the one who called me. I used the online contact form and the representative did something on their end which fixed the issue. Thanks a lot!
