Whenever I try to add a Visa debit card, it says its declined and I cannot find a way to get around this. I went to a store to buy a prepaid card, and I go to add the card, and it gives me the same "Your card has been declined" message.
Please help as I need to make an urgent purchase. I make purchases all the time on this card and paypal account.
