Unable to add bank account

I first tried to add my bank account over a week ago, tried a few times since and it's saying "Sorry, we can't add your bank account right now." I eventually got through to speak to an advisor last Thursday, they told me to wait 72 hours. I gave it closer to 96 hours and it's still unable to add the account. Has anyone got any advice? It's frustrating not being able to access my money!

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).

UPDATE: I've tried twice now, yesterday and today, to use the message centre and messages disappear, it's like they don't care now!
