I've been trying to add a new bank account to my Paypal account and it will allow me to get as far as putting in the bank info, but when it prompts me to confirm my identity it does not list the cell phone number I have on record and it gives me an error when I try to put it in. I've restarted my browser a few times, but this has not helped.
