PayPal has messed up my account by mingling an old account that was set up by my mother 10 years ago and has NOT BEEN used since that time. They have mingled it with my present day account and so I cannot get anything done, not even call the **bleep** to get this simple matter fixed in less than five minutes. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
