Unable to access my paypal account since I dont have the phone anymore

Hi members,

It's been long since I used my paypal account. When I logged in recently to do a transaction, I added a new card, and made a payment. The money was deducted but was not confirmed by the merchant i was paying.

The next day when I logged in, Paypal asked to verify my account using the phone number i opened it with years ago. Paypal said it is because of "The Second Payment Services Directive (PSD2) " 

So I can't login to reach customer care to raise a ticket. I can only reset my password via email, and after login, i get the screen i have attached here.{5A1FEBB8-17D0-4A68-A52F-2C89EEEC3085}.png.jpg
