Hi, Please help me. I'm getting an error when I try to deactivate the account that I need to call paypal. What for? I don't understand why I cannot deactivate my paypal account. I just want to deactivate and recreated a personal account using an email add that I prefer. I accidentally created it as a business account and doesn't reflect my full name just my first 2 initials for my first name. With this problem, I was forced to use another email and created a personal account. I still want to get this one deactivated. Thanks in advance for any assistance.
