Unable to Close account: New Country move - deleted card/bank info and paypal balance zero

Hi Team,
I have moved to a new country within the EU and am unable to close my prior account inspite of deleting the card and bank info. My paypal balance is zero too. Every-time I log back in and try to close the account it says "unable to close due to a pending transaction'". I have deleted all the wallet and payment information including any monthly payment schedules. I have also sent a notification to the Paypal Assistant. Request your advise on the same.

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
Advice is voluntary.

Thank you for the suggestion. I checked it and I have no pre-approved payments showing. Still a mystery 🙂 .
