I have had a US address attached to my account since 2002. However, today, the system shows only my Canadian address and will not allow me to re-add my US address. It will only let me add a second Canadian address. How do I have my US address attached to my account again?
Please do not tell me PayPal is country specific. That is nonsense ... unless it was not country specific three days ago, when I last used my US address to send money.
