We are wanting to grant access to a developer.
We have now been told, numerous times, how to set up a new account etc etc We can do that and give the developer access to the API
However, every time we run a test before providing the details to the developer, we encounter a privacy breach.
Every time we log in as test user, using the details provided, the Paypal balance is not displayed but the Paypal WORKING CAPITAL BALANCE is displayed, as well as the means to access that information!!!
We have communicated this issue via phone and online to the appropriate departments.
Each time we convey that we do not want Paypal Working Capital to be displayed.
The emails we have received from Merchant Services DO NOT address the issue of how to not have Paypal Working Capital balance being displayed to a developer with limited permission access.
Can someone in the community please help as it is imperative we have the developer begin work...but obviously do not want them having access to the personal business info of our business. Very much hopeful someone has an answer soon.
