Hey. I have such a problem - I sold the goods on eBay and payment should have come to me, the buyer says that he sent the money! And the money didn’t come to me, maybe there are problems with my account !?

You have a paypal account from the Ukraine so not sure why you have posted that you are in the UK??

Paypal account holders in the Ukraine can't receive paypal payments, they can only send funds for purchases.
