UK based Sterling account and Italian based Euro account

Hi all

 

I am a British citizen with a PayPal account based in the UK in £Sterling. I also have an Italian property which I intend to let out. Can, and how, I open a Euro based PayPal account based in an Italian bank?

 

I would really appreciate your help!
