Two-step verification

My husband and I share a PayPal account. We have set up two-step verification, but we both use different authentication apps on our respective phones. Setting the verification up on one phone works fine, but we can't seem to add the verification on the second phone (even though in the set-up, the option "add a device" is being offered.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Welcome to the community and thank you for your post. We do not offer dual accounts so for security reasons you will run into problems with trying to use two-step authentication on different devices at the same time.
