Two factor identification has wrecked my use of Paypal. I do not get a mobile signal in the village where I live so I cannot access my account to change my mobile to my land line. Nor can I contact Paypal because to do so I need to log in to my account and again I cannot do this without mobile phone coverage. If I leave the village to get mobile phone coverage I no longer have internet coverage. What on earth do I do ?

Hi @NWR,
Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!
You should be able to reach out to our Customer Service through our website. However, you would need to be able to call us to reach out to us. To do so, go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website and click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. At the bottom of that page, you will see the available options to contact us while logged out.
I hope this helps!
Martina
