Hi I’m in Canada. I don’t have a credit card or a bank account that I can add to PayPal. However I’m trying to verify with my address and phone number and it keeps saying it’s invalid. What do I do?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
