My phone is temporary turned off, trying to sign on from friends phone and PayPal wants to send a text to my phone. I hit on "try other way" I did all that so I went to sign on with new password, that was all good then when I signed in it said one last thing we will send you a text. I am not able to receive a text at this time, how can I use my paypal
Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of that account. Do not be logged on to any account when accessing the guest option as PayPal won’t discuss an account through another account.
