Trying to refund but my account blocked

hey guys Im trying to refund back to my customer.... but my account block...i can not longer to use PayPal... what should i do... will paypal return the money to my customer ,,, or the money will not be refunded ... please help me ... im need refund back the money .... and i need two more report issue need to solve .. . Please help me...😭😭😭

If you can't issue a refund then as long as your buyers paid via goods/services they can open disputes to get a refund.
