I’ve been the trying to change my password on the PayPal app, Safari, chrome & the google app on my iPhone — I enter the old password, put the new password in twice (made sure it was long enough and had a number & appropriate symbol) it never goes past the confirm button. I hit confirm and it just sits there... same on all apps. I don’t own a computer and can’t go into the library (currently closed due to virus..) I’m using iOS 13.5.1 on a new iPhone, is there something I’m doing wrong? Or does it have to be on a computer..(?)
