Trying to Change "Business" Account to "Personal", Paypal Doesn't Respond

Hi Everyone,

I'm unable to contact paypal via the phone as I'm out of the country at the moment.

I've been trying to change my account from a Business account to a personal account for 2+ weeks now, yet Paypal has ignored the 3 emails that I sent them through the support center. It seems the "24 hour response time", doesn't apply to me.

Any tips?

Nope, that is the only way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, is to contact customer service.
