Trouble setting up a business account in South Africa

I have recently opened up an online store and tried setting up a business account with Paypal, however the South African Rand (ZAR) is not one of the options for primary currency, my business is available in this country only so I will not be using any other currency. Is it possible to set up a business account in South Africa?

If I do select another currency, how would the payments be processed?

Yes but as paypal does not support the ZAR you would have to use USD or another currency.

I have the same problem, why does PayPal not just add ZAR to the options, there are a lot of people having the same problem with PayPal in SOUTH AFRICA? This would help a lot.
