Hello, I tried many time to login to my account but this will show. I spend 6 hours finding way how I can retrieve or login to my account. I did try clicking "Having trouble logging in" in the login section so they can send me an email where I can reset the password but still the screenshot will show up so NOT SOLVE. Next, I did "clear cache and cookies" then try it again (OVER AND OVER AGAIN) but still CANNOT LOGIN and will show me the same page.
I hope someone can help me for this issue. Thank you!

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
