I can't access my account. I type the e-mail, the password, then I'm told Authentication Required, I'm told I'll be called on my phone, but nobody calls and I get the message "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you". Any ideas?

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
